The breakfast, the staff, the cleaner and servers at the bar and restaurant were amazing . They treated it as a 5 star hotel.

Quiet and relaxing.

Clean, wide rooms, pleasant ocean and beach view. Good breakfast buffet and excellent biryani and curries at Cafe Panorama.

Quiet escape with excellent service

We watched a show in Macau and wanted to enjoy a relaxing weekend away from the casinos. This hotel was perfect! The staff were professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I must commend Eva at the pool bat and Hancy at reception for the excellent service. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is an old hotel but well maintained. The view from the rooms is beautiful.

Cons It’s on a quiet and less congested side of Macau (which we liked) which means taxis are less frequent so we have to wait 5-15 minutes for a taxi.

The staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection. Because the hotel is not in the central area, it wasn’t crowded, making breakfast and other meals a very pleasant experience. We had a sea view room with a large private balcony, and the room was very well appointed with a very comfortable king sized bed and pillows.

Cons Nothing. We were happy it was located away from the crowds in the central Taipa area.
