Cons Staff. Very unhelpful. Had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. None of the services answered. 3 times we tried every button on the phone

Perfect hotel for what we needed

Loved the spacious room and view from the balcony. The shuttle from the hotel to the town is a lifesaver particularly for us with a pram. Staff at breakfast were lovely

Cons The pool area needs more shade but it’s great for kids

Very well located if you want to check the old town.

Very good breakfast. Good service at the restaurant. The beach pool is really useful.

Love the location and the view

Cons The vegan food options have got worse (basically non existent) since my previous stays. Really disappointing to see the options for different dietary requirements decrease.

Location is fantastic, 5 minute walk from Valetta. Facilities are good as well: they have a pool, access to the sea, two bars (one at the pool and one inside), two good restaurants (Tiki and Admiral's Landing - the latter does the room service), a few shops, good housekeeping who even check during the beginning of the evening if you need anything and there is always someone to help at the reception for all your questions and needs - they even have a separate taxi stand. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony.

Cons Breakfast was dissapointing. At first, it looks fresh, but it all tastes like packaged foods with low quality. Besides, if you choose to stay a little longer at this hotel, prepare, because it will be the same every single day. Above all, coffee is the worst we ever had and if you want an espresso (which wasn't good either), they charge extra. Even tea wasn't fresh without any flavour choices, intens black tea only.
