Melhor hospedagem da minha vida!

O hotel é bem localizado, com um restaurante com vista e comida excelentes!! Mas o que foi realmente excepcional foi a atuação do pessoal da recepção! Tive um problema de cancelamento de voo da ITA e os funcionários (uma pena que não peguei os nomes) não mediram esforços para me ajudar a resolver o problema! Ficaram quase duas horas no telefone com a ITA, e só terminaram quando tudo estava resolvido! Não tenho palavras para agradecer a atenção, eficiência, simpatia e profissionalismo de todo o staff! Melhor hotel que já fiquei!

Cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

I stayed 6 nights in October with my wife. Parker’s is arguably one of the best hotels I have ever visited. Why? Generic: Cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. A perfect location away from hassle and masses..Breathtaking views. Vedi Napoli e poi muori! Room: Deluxe Sea View. Mint condition. Impeccable housekeeping. Spacious bathroom with 2 sinks. Excellent shower + bathtub. Note that high traffic noise can disrupt sleep (our room was on the 1st floor). Bar: Stylish inside, panoramic view to Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples outside. Restaurant: Tasty food and a rather varied menu, though a bit expensive.

Cons Complaints: No English on TV. Even international channels are in Italian. Also, I booked transportation from the hotel to the airport. Paid for E-class Mercedes but got a Mercedes van.

Cons De verdad no entiendo como me pueden dar esa habitación Tan ruidosa en ese hotel habiendo pagado 700 euros al día Si voy a ese hotel estoy acostumbrado a ir a buenos hoteles Y en ningún sitio tuve este problema Me quisieron cambiar la habitación cuando llegamos el segundo día de tres por la noche a las 11:00 de la noche usted cree que yo me voy a cambiar de habitación a las 11:00 de la noche el segundo día luego yo pago por día mi habitación tiene que estar todos los días impoluta y bien hecha el segundo día aparte de los ruidos no teníamos toallas de mano y el baño no estaba bien acabado eso no es normal primero me dirijo a ustedes en este Mail como soy un gran viajero publicaré en Google y la valoración de Booking para que todo el mundo no pase lo que yo he pasado también hay que decir el Personal un 10 buenísimo y la terraza buenísima en la cena del cumpleaños de mi hija ni una sola mencion a el cumpleaños de mi hija, ni una velita ni nada, es decir, pésimo el servicio en la cena del restaurante y me costó 400 euros la cena en la habitación, mi hija tenía un pastel con sus velas por la mañana cuando o llegamos

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, aber das nächste Mal ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr gut. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service.

Cons Zimmer 519 war die Lautstärke unerträglich, der Lärm ging bis Mitternacht.

Very nice stay

Our room was very nice, not looking over the front because they were smaller rooms and we were travelling with two adults and a child so we wanted a bigger room. The entrance and lobby of the hotel are extremely nice. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant where you have breakfast and the roof Terrace overlooking the bay of Naples, the breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant had very good food also for the evening.

Cons The corridors are all white, which was a little harsh.
