Disappointing night before flying back home

Location is superb Staff is exceptional

Cons The AC is not working. Two years in a row. It was very uncomfortable, especially during the night. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the shower drain was clogged. Furniture needs to be freshened up For reference our room was 510

קודם כל , מזכרון על רשת grand hotel Vienna / Berlin , סופיה זה אחד המוזנחים . אין כניסה נגישה למלון ! היה צריך להכניס את הילד שלי עם כסא גלגלים דרך מטבח שירות .

Cons חדר מעופש באבק עם מזגן מימי קדם שלא מקרר אלא מרעיש ומשמש כונטילטור. אחרי שעזבנו בבוקר למחרת גילינו שהחדר לא נוקה הזבל עלה על גדותיו , לא החליפו מגבות והכי חשוב אין שום דרך לפתוח חלון . קטסטרופה
