Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, von wo aus man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreicht. Die Zimmer wirken etwas altbacken, sind aber mit Aircon, Safe und TV ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker.
Cons Negativ ist der sehr langsame und in die Jahre gekommenen Aufzug. Anfang Oktober befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine gewaltige Baustelle, die für Verkehrseinschränkungen und tagsüber auch für Lärm sorgt.
Centralissimo ,a piedi in 5 minuti e avevi tutto ..Camere e servizi pulitissimi ...colazione a buffet dal dolce al salato in grande quantità...e poi il ragazzo che lavorava al servizio bar , sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra ,gentilissimo e parlava un po l'italiano ,ci ha aiutato tantissimo
Cons Molti del personale non parlavano italiano ,e nonostante tu gli dicessi che non capivi nulla di inglese, loro continuavano .. che non ci fosse il ristorante attivo ...e putroppo stavano ripristinando tutta la via e quindi lavori in corso ,e rumori la mattina presto ,cioè c'erano dei cari cantieri aperti ...

A Charming Hotel with History, Great Location and Potential!
After reading some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is clearly older, but there's a difference between old-fashioned charm and poor maintenance. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some updating, and there was a slight drain smell. The reception staff were friendly, and the location was excellent! Overall, a good one-night stay! I appreciate the hotel's traditional character and hope they preserve it. With just a few thoughtful improvements, this hotel could offer an even better experience.
Cons Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The selection was limited, and food was arranged in surprisingly tiny portions. For example, just six thin slices of sausage were arranged decoratively on one platter. With around seven guests arriving for breakfast at the same time, they disappeared almost immediately. Perhaps the intention was to reduce waste or maintain freshness, but more generous portions and regular replenishment would better suit the hotel's image. The road construction outside may cause noise in the mornings, so requesting a room away from the street might be wise. More concerning was the pedestrian access: metal grating made the entrance difficult to reach safely, and we witnessed a man trip quite badly. Thankfully, he wasn't injured. In Finland, construction sites must provide safe pedestrian access, and I hope the responsible contractor can improve this here too. These are mostly small, fixable issues, and addressing them could significantly improve the guest experience.
The hotel was good. The room had all the amenities. It was close to the central part of the city.
Cons The bathroom did not have proper drainage. It kept on getting blocked. It got flooded after 2 people showered which was trouble some for us. The place was noisy till midnight being close to all the pubs and bars. I could not sleep till then. The music volume comes down only after midnight which is not good for someone like me who sleeps early and was under the weather during the stay.
