One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The only good thing about this hotel its in a quiet location thats still central.

Cons Rude unwelcoming and unapologetic staff that don't try to help their guests. Not just one but multiple staff. Lack of proper AC. Curtains not fully black out. Small rooms. Extra fee for amenities like sauna. No proper lobby/bar place to sit and work. Even the spa that's 80 dollars the jugs of tea they offer was always empty over the 1.5 hours I spent there. My friends were also unhappy and left two days before their checkout date. I am a paying guest and they would not even let my +1 or friends use the lobby bathroom. We had to go to Radison Blu next door where i'm not even a guest to use the restroom.

Rundum gelungener und sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt

Sehr komfortables Hotel mit einem Zimmer, das all unseren Ansprüchen entsprach. Unsere Wünsche wurden, wann immer möglich, erfüllt und wir haben uns jederzeit sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, ebenso das Abendessen, das uns sehr begeistert hat. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt gab es praktisch nichts zu bemängeln.

Cons Der hohe Standard hat natürlich seinen Preis. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass im Zimmer kein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank bzw. etwas mehr Kühlmöglichkeit vorhanden war. Zudem war das Zimmer für unseren Geschmack leicht zu kühl, da man die Klimaanlage nicht ganz abstellen konnte. Beides waren jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten, mit denen wir sehr gut leben konnten.
