Location, cleanliness, decor, pool, breakfast, pool bar and restaurant all excellent. The standout feature at this hotel is the staff. You are greeted with a big smile at the grand entrance by Roy who demonstrates professionalism and care. Erin and Camilla have a vast knowledge of tourist options and continually asking guests if there is anything they need. The concierge manager Lilly takes guest care to a top level. My credit card got swallowed up at an ATM. I just happened to mention it to Lilly as I was passing the front desk. She said "leave it to me" and then called the bank. Within a few hours the bank came to the hotel to return my card. This level of professionalism I have never experienced before. If you are looking for great amenities with staff that are upbeat and professional then this is the hotel for you.

Comfortable and overall just a Great Time

The Hotel was clean. The Brunch was really tasty and fresh. The staff was polite and kind especially Roy who helped us in many ways.

The staff were absolutely amazing and accomodating. Shoutout to Hong for his help with everything and his fantastic food recommendations! The breakfast selection was vast and fantastic quality! Our room was lovely and exceptionally clean when we arrived. The view from the pool was fantastic and the rooftop bar and restaurant had fantastic food and drinks. The location was perfect too! When we had an issue with our rooms air con, the team were very quick to investigate and fix and notified us as soon as it was sorted.

Cons Honestly, this place genuinely exceeded our expectations in all aspects.

친절+깨끗+조식 맛있음+방컨디션 좋음(한존에 방2개여서 소음 신경 안쓰음) 제일 좋았던 점은 체크아웃하고서도 수영장이랑 샤워를 쓸 수 있는 점 (밤비행기여서 샤워하고 뱅기타러 감)
