Good location, staff are a bit hit and miss
Really good location. Whoever is in charge of the music, is doing an excellent job! Overall, the hotel is comfortable and super convenient. Great facilities - indoor pool and spa onsite were good. Lots of dining options on site.
Cons Staff were on occasion quite disinterested. Upon check in at the main reception, we were told our room wasn’t ready and to go up to the lounge to wait for a few hours before coming back down to check in. When we got to the lounge a few minutes later, Rosie (an absolute delight) was only too happy to check us in!
