Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro

Great hotel and staff where very friendly and attentive.

We had a great time staying at The Grand Hyatt Rio. The room was spacious, clean and fitted with all mod cons. What stood out most was that the staff were available to help with anything that we needed. In particular the check-in staff member Erick Mesquita he was a star and at breakfast each morning Renan Roseno made me a coffee with Oat milk and a hot chocolate for my partner. What made breakfast special was that he remembered what we liked to drink from the previous day and made it personal.

Cons The only thing that was a bit of a negative was the price of the rooms and the fact that we could not have a late checkout.
