Very professional front desk, they always tried to solve the problem created by BOOKING.
Cons I do not like BOOKING.com offering a better room, when I arrived the front desk, they do not know about this, my complain is not with the hotel; but with BOOKING, next time I will think again to use it.

Cons The shower in my hotel room didn’t seem to be working properly. Water was coming out of both the tub spout and the showerhead at the same time, and the water pressure from the showerhead was very low. It seemed like there may have been a clog or an issue with the diverter

Great location to river walk and the Alamo. Staff at the hotel are great and responsive for your needs. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy.
