카페에 갔는데 야외 테이블이라 그런지 응대가 굉장히 늦었고 체크아웃시에도 줄을 서있는데 키오스크가 빠르다 했다가 본래 줄이 빠르다고 했다가 우왕자왕하게 안내가 됨. 그래서 불편했지만 직원분들이 사과가 빠르고 대체적으로 친절하셨음

It’s enjoyable still as it’s a classic staple 5 star hotel for Seoul trip.

Very classic and I can feel the Korean traditional elements and vibe within the interior. It’s a good combination with the western style. Room is clean, view is wholesome from the room.

Cons Facilities are a bit aged, service is alright. Scent in the corridor is also having a bit of old furniture and carpet scent. I feel that they can work on it a bit more to update their environment and facilities.
