Расположение, персонал, чистота, завтраки - отлично. Очень вежливый персонал: разрешили заселиться на пару часов раньше установленного времени, что позволило чуть-чуть отдохнуть перед прогулкой. Предложили на выбор 2 отличных номера. В общем, все четко, на высоком уровне, спасибо большое!
Cons Да, достаточно высокая слышимость соседей, но, наверное, это объясняется тем, что и само здание строили достаточно давно. Это не испортило общего впечатления от проживания там, но в дальнейшем, при ремонте номеров, желательно учесть это и запланировать специальные мероприятия по шумозащите.

Great location close to good restaurants and public transportation. Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with fantastic views of the river and city definitely at night. Would definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next visit.
