Exceptional!

Everything from the staff, the decor the food and the facilities were wonderful. Top tier service from the staff and my room was AMAZING! I was here solo for a birthday trip and they were kind enough to give me a little cake to celebrate. I also dined at Chang’an Bridge - the food was delicious, definitely one of the best meals I had in China 🇨🇳

Cons It’s a bit far from the City Wall where most of the tours leave from, but it’s very close to a subway station or a 25-30min drive to the wall.

Cons Very few staff. Only 2ppl at the front desk usually. Interior not well maintained. Doesn't feel like a5 star hotel at all in terms of service and details.

For the rest your people are very attentive and aleays ready to help. specialy conciergeries and receptionist

there are some few functionaries could be much better if they are better trained. Ex. The sauna today was all off at 7 PM and the schedual considered in your official info is that it closes at 10:30 PM Not only they were disconected. There were also not towels avilable
