La stanza, spaziosa e pulita. La stanza per la Laundry con 3 lavatrici e 3 asciugatrici. Il Lounge Cafe, sia la cucina che il servizio.

Cons Che non prendono smoking area, che in piscina obbligano i bambini sotto i 130 cm a indossare i giubbotti salvagenti anche se sanno nuotare molto bene. I bagnini tuttavia passano il tempo a sgridarti, ‘non puoi fare questo e quello ecc’. Ogni ora devi uscire 10 minuti, poi chiudono per 40 min a pranzo, non puoi entrare con le scarpe (pero lasciano che le persone entrino con i jeans in acqua). La situazione in piscina non è rilassata. Prezzi di colazione e buffet eccessivi e non giustificati.

Cons The pool was too small for the size of the resort.

We lost the backpacks on the airport shuttle upon arrival. But the staff contacted for us and helped us got our backpacks in only half an hour. We cannot be more grateful to their help.(It was a lady and a gentleman at the guest service around 1pm on Aug 13th. Sorry for not getting their names because I don't know whether it's polite the ask)

Excellent hotel! We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was a very comfortable experience. We stayed in a kids’ room with our child. First of all, our son absolutely loved it! Secondly, staying on the kids’ side of the hotel is incredibly convenient. It’s close to the café on the first floor and to the pool. The hotel also has a grocery store, a restaurant, and a kids’ playroom. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were staying at another hotel before this one, about a 20-minute drive away, so we arrived three hours before check-in. To our surprise, they were able to check us into our room early, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated. There was also a washing machine and a dryer in the hotel, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with a child. The breakfasts were excellent, and I especially loved the bathroom. It had both a bathtub and a separate shower, which was very convenient, especially when traveling with a child and coming back from the pool. If we visit Korea again, we will definitely stay here again!

A standard 4 star offering, nothing special to warrant the price point.

The room was lovely, very spacious and the beds and aircon were extremely comfortable. The toiletries and amenities were top class.

Cons All food and drink within the hotel was eye wateringly expensive, like $20 for a beer when a normal restaurant price is under $10. The breakfast buffet was good - but it did not justify the price of $70 per adult. For this I would have expected a larger selection, station chefs and some special options. The pool kicked everyone out for a 10 minute break every hour - a weird practice I've never seen before. The beach was not easily accessible from the hotel - a good 20 minute walk down a steep cliff
