Great location, close to the airport. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I had fantastic views of the bridge from my room, and had opted for Privilege Lounge access, which was exceptionally good. I was impressed by the service, and the variety and quality of the food and drink options. I had an excellent facial at the spa. Sadly I had an early checkout at 4.30am, so didn’t get to enjoy a full night, and what I’m sure would’ve been an exceptional breakfast, but I was appreciative of the takeout breakfast bag I was able to order and collect from reception on my departure.

Cons Other than a small convenience store within very easy walking distance, there are no other shopping options nearby, but not really an issue as the hotel has a fairly regular shuttle service to Han Market and Lotte Mart.

The hotel was really nice with an amazing view of the city and river. The buffet breakfast was the best of the many hotels we stayed in throughout Vietnam. They had a variety of vegetarian options, which I loved.

Stayed 2 nights with family. Good experience with excellent services from staff. The kid club area has been upgraded. My child loves ittt 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
