We were able to check in early, the indoor pool and gym are amazing, the outdoor area has a nice view for photo taking, and the staff are amazing!

Great facilities, breakfast, location and clean tidy rooms.

Cons Reception took a while to get us through. Booked an early check in at 11am so we could attend an event. We arrived just before 11am, but it took them 45 minutes to check in our party of 8 (4 rooms), kind of beat the purpose of checking in early. We were late to our event (not the end of the world, but still niggly) Also, one of the rooms didnt have hot water. They did offer us a free breakfast for 2 people..which was great, but even trying to get that was a mission. So credit for trying to do right, but execution a little off. Besides that, everything was actually great and the staff were still polite throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Millennium Auckland. When we checked out, we asked if the hotel could kindly keep our luggage for a week while we travelled around the South Island and returned to Auckland for our flight home. The hotel was incredibly helpful and kindly stored our luggage for us throughout the week. We truly appreciated their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. It made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. Thank you very much to the wonderful team at Hotel Grand Millennium Auckland. Highly recommended!
