Cons I am still waiting for my invoice of payment. I work for government and need proof of accommodation and an invoice for my stay at your hotel.

The location is very convenient to all places such as eating places, shopping and connected by air bridge to KLCC
Cons The road in front of the hotel is too congested to exit from the hotel parking. Previously the parking used to complimentary for hotel guests by using the room card. Now the parking fees are charged to hotel guests.

Location is perfect for city exploring. Staff were really friendly and check in and out was the smoothest ever. Some hotels in KL claim to be city centre when they are far from it. This definitely is.

Nice building - spacious, pleasant feeling and smell all around, lifts are ample and efficient. Very good location within walking distance in Bukit Bintang.
Cons If possible, perhaps review the check-in time i.e 3 pm. It’s almost 40 % loss of the arrival day for customer(s).

Just a few steps away from pavilion! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely become my go to hotel when coming to bukit bintang.
