The staff members exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanor, engaging with guests in a friendly manner that made everyone feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Their attentive service and positive interactions significantly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the establishment.

Cons There is little value in being too honest, but I have observed that when it comes to sweet dishes, they tend to be overly sweet. I've noticed that people often bring these desserts to picnics and then leave them behind, which suggests that too many sweet dishes end up being wasted. If they reduced the amount of sugar, I believe more people would enjoy them, just like they do with other types of food.

Die Lage des Hotels war super – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hell und hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Pool. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Animationsteam hat tolle Arbeit geleistet – das tägliche Programm war abwechslungsreich und gut organisiert👍

Cons Das Essen war zwar abwechslungsreich, aber die Menüs wiederholten sich häufig und boten wenig Abwechslung im Laufe der Tage. Der Hotelshop war leider enttäuschend – die Preise lagen deutlich über dem, was man draußen bezahlt, teilweise sogar doppelt so hoch. Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, wurde leider unhöflich reagiert. Ich kann den Shop im Hotel daher absolut nicht empfehlen. Auch die Verkäufer in den kleinen Läden im Hotelbereich waren sehr aufdringlich – obwohl man deutlich ablehnt, wird man am nächsten Tag wieder angesprochen. Das empfanden wir als störend und unangenehm👎
