The location

The hotel was clean, peaceful, and of excellent quality, with a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had booked two rooms, but there was an issue with getting access to one of them because the previous guest had not returned the key. I expressed my concern that someone outside our party might still have a key to our room, which made me uncomfortable. The hotel staff handled the situation very professionally by providing us with another room and upgrading the room category to compensate for the wait. We appreciated their prompt and thoughtful response to the situation. It was an good choice for our needs, and we were very happy with our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons On the day of our departure, we were told that the tourist taxes had not been paid for some members of our family, while they had been paid for others. I explained that we had paid all hotel costs in full in advance for everyone in exactly the same way. There was some disagreement, so I showed the receipts and booking confirmations as proof of payment. This Message I need repeat to hotel reception many times. Eventually, the staff acknowledged that it was a system error. I was disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially as we had paid everything in advance and had repeat my message many times to prove it. This unnecessary discussion at the end of our stay was not a pleasant experience.
