Cons Please can we have a full refund on this stay as the Client was not put in the correct room when checking in and also there is bugs in Mark’s room which is unacceptable and we were not notified by you or the hotel that this was a problem and that the hotel was under refurbishment at the moment. He had to move to an alternative location as this was unacceptable and he could not stay their any longer.

Cons Renovations limited what was available as far as a facilities. Not up to standard however they managed well

The place is in a great location. The staff are superb, place needs better cleanliness for the price

Cons Rooms gave dirty carpets. Beds were clean. Staff wouldn’t replace water bottles/milk. I had to ask multiple times. Also only ate at the hotel and got food poisoning.
