Cons For a 5 star hotel, the rooms are not Maintained well, perhaps we were allocated an inferior room booking through bookings.com but the rates won’t cheap. Too many electrical faults in the room not checked, TVs weren’t working the first night, the fridge didn’t work the whole time we were there and the daily servicing of the rooms was hit and miss for the entire week that we stayed there. Sometimes they left 1 toilet roll only, sometimes they didn’t replace the dirty glassware and they replenished tea bags and coffee pods infrequently
