Grand Sunrise Palace Hội An

Lovely time at grand Sunshine.

Property was very well kept and clean. It was ideally located to get to the old town in Hoi An and also for exploring the nearby rice fields. There are free bikes to rent also which were great. The location has a couple of nice coffee places close by. The breakfast provided was really good. Very high standard. All the staff were very friendly. There is a shuttle bus which is available to guests for getting to the old town and the beach. We usually used a grab and once even walked which was great.

Cons Not too much I didn’t like at all.

Best hotel experience in all of Viet Nam

Oh my gosh! The hotel was in a great location with beautiful interior design and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. The Grand Sunrise staff were the best staff we have encountered during our four weeks travelling. Before coming here we stayed at the Four Seasons and Intercontinental… and let’s just say that our stay at the Grand Sunrise was on par with our stays there. The staff really made our stay here so easy and pleasant with their kindness and hospitality. From Gigi at reception always greeting us with open arms and helping us with our every need, the doormen/ security always smiling and offering a friendly exchange and all the other staff who made our stay so special. Thank you Grand Sunrise for an amazing stay! Will definitely be coming back here our next trip to Hoi An ❤️❤️

Meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire. Tout est exceptionnel ! Notre chambre était incroyable et le personnel au top (un grand merci à Amy particulièrement ainsi qu’à Mia et Stella du Spa). Le déjeuner est un délice et l’ensemble des équipements sont supers
