It was a nice clean room, had plenty of things for the kids to do.
Cons Room was not ready till 6:30 pm The woman waiting on me to check in, started talking to other people that walked up and got the other lady to finish with me. The lady at the restaurant had her head down like she was half asleep but was playing on her phone.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You had everything you needed at your fingertips from the food to the cocktails. I would recommend the Grande Cayman Resort to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

I enjoyed the smiles on staff faces and the clean and comfortable room, I had great sleep in the bed, never been here before would come again, just love the area

This was my very first time visiting your establishment. I was referred your establishment by a very close acquaintance of mine! The staff was wonderful! Especially Janell! Very friendly and professional!🩷 The rooms were immaculate!!! And full of nice accommodations and everything that we needed! Definitely will be coming back probably every other weekend if possible and available rooms. The rates were amazing!!! With no hidden fees! Will definitely be recommending! My weekend off from work and spent there was absolutely amazing!😊🤗
Cons The only setback was my sister who accommodated the stay with me. Had some very important and costly items missing or removed from our room. Our room had been cleaned before we had fully officially checked out. I extended our stay until 6pm. However housekeeping entered our room while we were out dinning and cleaned our room and the items were missing when we returned.
