Cons However, overall, I found the rooms to be quite dark. On the day of check-out, the security deposit was not refunded immediately. I asked why, and a female staff member whose name started with “T” (I unfortunately don’t remember her full name) responded to me with a very unfriendly attitude and no smile at all. She simply told me that I would have to wait for the bank’s processing time. Later, I only asked her for a printed receipt showing the accommodation charges, but she told me to check the app instead. I asked again for a paper receipt, and she then immediately processed the refund of my deposit. This left me confused about what the previous communication was actually about. In addition, after checking out, we realized that we had left something behind in the room. I sent a message to the hotel, but no one responded. Before our stay, the hotel was very quick to respond to messages, but after check-out, there was no response at all. Overall, I feel that the service was quite disappointing, especially compared with the experience before our stay.
