Beau mais service à améliorer

Magnifiques bâtiments colorés avec de très belles piscines chaudes. Calme et sérénité. Les jardins sont très beaux avec des coatis de partout. Le spa est superbe et le personnel très gentil. Les piscines sont très belles et le déjeuner était bon. Parking sécurisé.

Cons Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5* (perte de notre réservation au spa, demande de paiement alors que nous avions déjà payés, chasse d’eau des toilettes défecteuses ... ). Par ailleurs, les chambres d’une même catégorie sont très inégales. Certaines au rez-de-chaussée sont très sombres, enclavées et n’ont pas de balcon.

Nice & lovely… but Not quite there yet for the price

Cons Given the price we paid was well above the average some areas for improvement 1. Staff in the breakfast service seem very annoyed when asked for a coffee or questions about the menu - they were not as attentive as in most Mexico and somewhat bothered to provide napkins, cutlery or help with simple questions during the breakfast service 2. They did not take the credit card at check in - platinum card was handed to them - and had challenges with the billing and payment system - they kept chasing every bill as if it was a 2 star hotel versus just managing the payment in smarter way - we had a breakfast waiter arrived to the pool seeking a bill on day 2 3. Very very very expensive breakfast for Mexico. Over $40 for a couple is crazy 4. The pool opens late and closes early - the service in the pools seems as challenging as the breakfast service 5. Construction everywhere not the most luxury experience 6. Main rooms are very dark - barely get to see light

Everything Service, room, bed very comfy and the food was amazing

La piscine, la salle de sport, l’environnement intérieur verdoyant, parking, chambres spacieuses et propres, le petit déjeuner et le brunch du dimanche, le service en chambre aux petits soins

Cons Le service lors du check-in et au petit déjeuner pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles, piscine pas régulièrement nettoyée, mini spa dans notre chambre non fonctionnel, environnement extérieur en contraste avec le le luxe de l’hôtel.

We had 4 wonderful nights, the attention to detail was very good. They made me feel special for my b’day.

I loved the nature and rooms spread out.

Cons The entry to property is really bad, alot of billboards before arriving at entrance of property. Also no umbrella’s at pool.
