Everything was very good
My stay at haile Grand hotel
I like every things in the hotel from the staff until the food
Cons There's nothing I don't like about the hotel
Was great, overall the stay was extraordinary and had a lovely time
Employees are approachable and are welcoming, and food is great including breakfast and the rooms are clean and have a lot of space and the outside view is really presentable with a lot of nice things to see.
Cons When ordering food the wait took long to serve to the table, also it was disappointing to know there is not any connection rooms
Chic, relaxing and luxurious.
Very modern and impressive customer care. The relaxing water fall / fountain on the rocks was a brilliant feature. What a great way of leaving a legacy for the amazing people of Ethiopia and the long distance runner champion Haile.
Cons I failed to find anything . Overall amazing stay and one of the best customer care.
