My stay at haile Grand hotel

I like every things in the hotel from the staff until the food

Cons There's nothing I don't like about the hotel

Was great, overall the stay was extraordinary and had a lovely time

Employees are approachable and are welcoming,and food is great including breakfast and the rooms are clean and have a lot of space and the outside view is really presentable with a lot of nice things to see.

Cons When ordering food the wait took long to serve to the table, also it was disappointing to know there is not any connection rooms

Chic, relaxing and luxurious.

Very modern and impressive customer care. The relaxing water fall / fountain on the rocks was a brilliant feature. What a great way of leaving a legacy for the amazing people of Ethiopia and the long distance runner champion Haile.

Cons I failed to find anything . Overall amazing stay and one of the best customer care.

Very flexible and friendly staff. Fast with checking in and out.

اهتمو فيه قليلا ووصول النزيل مبكرا إذا كانة الغرفه متاحه لا يصيبكم العجز الكامل بتغريمه خمسين في الميه على مجموع الحجز ه

التفتيش في البدايه وحتى النهايه كانو قمة في الاخلاق بس كان بستمرار. يوحي ان البلد غير آمنه او من ناحية اخرى هم جديدين على السياحة الكثيفه موخرا. ثانيا ولاهم. استقبال الفندق كان قمة في السوء سئ جدا. بحجة اني جأت اليهم مبكرا. ودفعت خمسين في المئه على مجموع الحجز وعلى ذالك كانة الغرفة متاحه. سوء الاداره. لجلب السياح فندق خمس نجوم لا يتماشى مع مقدمة وواجهة اثيوبيا لا انصح به ابدا تعامل غير مجدي في البداية الوحيد فندق الشيراتون هو من يغنيك عن البقيه في التعامل والاستقبال. ثالثا وهو الاهم النت ضعيف الغرفة لا يوصل للتلفزيون النت. والماء الحار لايعمل الى بطلب الصيانة أربع مرات ومع ذالك يتاخر هذا الفندق نجمتين كثيره عليه مع هذا الي حصل والله شاهد على مانقول. رابعا الموقع. في منطقة لا تجدي بالمشي على الاقدام. ليس مميز لكن غير مهم. المهم ماذكرته سابقا. From the beginning to the end of my stay, the security inspections were conducted by very polite and respectful staff. However, they were carried out very frequently, which gave the impression that the country might not be entirely safe. Alternatively, it could be that the country is still relatively new to receiving large numbers of tourists. Second, and most importantly, the hotel reception: the reception experience was extremely poor and disappointing. The staff justified the situation by saying that I had arrived early, even though I had already paid 50% of the total booking amount, and the room was actually available. This reflects poor management and a lack of flexibility toward guests. For a five-star hotel, this level of service does not represent Ethiopia well and does not match the standards expected from a hotel that should be part of the country’s hospitality image. I would not recommend this hotel at all based on the way I was treated upon arrival. In terms of service and reception, the Sheraton Hotel was by far superior and made the other options seem incomparable.

Third, and this is the most important issue: the internet connection in the room was very weak, and the Wi-Fi could not connect to the television. In addition, the hot water did not work properly and I had to contact maintenance four times. Even after that, the response was delayed. Based on my overall experience, I honestly believe that even two stars would be too generous for this hotel considering the problems I encountered. I say this sincerely, and God is my witness to everything I have mentioned. Finally, the location: the hotel is situated in an area that is not particularly suitable for walking, and the location itself is not especially impressive. However, this was not a major concern for me. The issues mentioned above were far more important and significantly affected my overall experience.
