Sehr schönes Hotel
Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Sowohl das Hotel mit der Lobby, dem Restaurant- und Barbereich als auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön.
Cons Die Lüftung im Bad konnte nicht ausgestellt werden und war sehr laut. Man dachte die ganze Zeit, dass ein brummendes Auto neben einem steht. Am ersten Abend wollten wir im Hotelrestaurant essen. Es war kurz nach 21 Uhr. Die Personen am Nebentisch haben 5 Minuten vor uns bestellt. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass wir leider nichts mehr bestellen können, das Restaurant habe schon zu. Wir haben dann zugeschaut wie die Gäste am Nebentisch noch etwas zu Essen bekommen haben. Wir sind dann hungrig ins Bett gegangen. Für ein Hampton by Hilton ein sehr schlechter Service. Der Kellner hat auch die ganze Zeit über uns „drüber geschaut“ obwohl wir mit den anderen Gästen die Einzigen im Restaurant waren. Wir mussten den Kellner dann aufhalten, damit wir die Rechnung bekommen.

Hotel nuevo, limpio, bien ubicado y con un personal muy agradable. Buen desayuno.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the Historic Centre Ideally located in the historic centre, just 10min walk from the Plaza de Armas, the hotel is in a peaceful courtyard, away from the hustle of the city. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is generous, with a great selection of Peruvian specialties — including adobo arequipeño, a traditional dish that is only served on Sundays and which I highly recommend! The staff are professional, friendly, reassuring, helpful, and very accommodating. A special mention goes to Hector and Gabriela, who took great care of me throughout my stay, as well as César, the manager, who always took the time to chat with me and practice his French. A wonderful stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Breakfast was good; staff worked hard. Room was kept clean. Location is close to everything but on a very busy street, so be careful when you walk out the door, the cars and buses are speeding by all day.
Cons Room was small. Please provide a box of Kleenex in the future. Please provide bottles of water each day.
