Cons Terrible experience – confirmed reservation cancelled without notice We had made a reservation at Hampton by Hilton Santa Cruz about a week in advance, specifically selecting the option to pay at the property upon check-in. To make matters worse, I even received a reservation confirmation email the day before our stay, so naturally we expected everything to be in order. However, when we arrived at the hotel close to midnight, we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled because the payment had not been processed. What payment? The reservation was clearly confirmed as payable at the property upon arrival. If advance payment was required, this should have been communicated from the beginning instead of confirming a reservation under different conditions. Arriving at a hotel close to midnight after traveling and suddenly finding out that your confirmed reservation has been cancelled — without proper notice and for a reason that directly contradicts the booking conditions — is completely unacceptable. A very disappointing and frustrating experience. I expected much better organization, communication, and reliability from a hotel operating under the Hilton brand.

Cons Hice una reserva por Booking con mi tarjeta AMEX y llegando a las 4;30 am me dijeron que no procedió mi reserva por ende no tenia habitación y me buscaron otro hotel. Pésimo trato y sobre todo la cancelación sin ninguna comunicación previa ni interes en notificar este cambio para buscar mitigar la situación. Me mandaron a otro hotel donde la tarifa fue mayor y no tuve mas opción que aceptar. No recomiendo este hotel para futuros viajes.

Cons Que En El Lobby ser pequeño (para la envergadura del hotel ) se le permita al pasajero hablar , mejor dicho , casi a los gritos por celular y sin auriculares! Insoportable!
