Decent place, great staff!

I really liked the staff! I met four different people at the front desk over the week that I stayed, and they were all great. My favorite, though, was Shamiza in the kitchen area! She was so authentically welcoming and friendly that it actually made a difference to the start of my day! Plus, she and her colleague kept the kitchen clean and well-stocked - she was on top of it.

Cons I was in two rooms over the week, and both were clean and comfortable, but there were signs that a bit more regular upgrading is needed. The AC stopped working properly in the first room, which was why I moved rooms, but in both rooms, some of the bedside and work station plug-ins didn’t work. That’s kind of annoying in this day and age where we have so many things to charge.

Cons The Tv .It wasn’t a smart tv. It would be 10 for me if there was a smart tv I would have enjoyed watching my own favourite channels

I thought the room charge was expensive for quality of the room.

Staff was friendly.

Cons Had to turn off air conditioner as it was very loud. Sink in bathroom was badly cracked. Damaged room ceiling above bed was poorly repaired.
