The hotel is nice. The front desk staff were friendly. The public areas were clean on the main floor, all hallways and rooms were clean. There was a continental breakfast included that was reasonable well stocked.
Cons When I searched for a place to stay I thought the location was good, downtown within walking distance of the Forks park area and that is all true, but it is also just on the edge of more questionable area. There were plenty of homeless or drug dependent people on the surrounding streets pretty close by. The Hotel and staff was set up to handle this as safely as possible with key card entrances and good sightlines to reception, so I think they did what they could do. It is also very close to the arena which would be great for sports fans.
