Shitty hotel don’t use booking.com

Nothing. Went to check in and they had to send us to a different hotel because of maintenance issues. Had to check out of that hotel the next day and back into the Hampton. Was put in a room that smelled musty. Was told we’d get a night refunded and that we’d have to go through booking.com to get it. It’s been a month still haven’t been reimbursed.

It was so clean and had everything in the room you would need.
