Nice hotel terrible experience

I loved the staff they were very nice and very friendly and attempted to be very helpful. Also the breakfast was phenomenal a really great job there.

Cons I did not like that I was overcharged for my entire stay. I paid $864 online prior to arrival for both of my rooms and when I arrived they charged me another $582 for the same rooms that were already paid for. When I showed the front desk associate my receipt of the payment, they brushed it off and still charged me essentially saying that if I didn't pay I wouldn't have access to my rooms that I already paid for. I also did not have access to the live TV as ALL the channels said off air. When I asked the hotel to fix it all they told me is that it was fixed but I still had no access to the live TV during my entire stay. Also I was charged $115 for 1 night of valet parking when the charge was only supposed to be $45. Overall the stay was sub par because of all of the inconveniences we faced. I will NOT recommend or go back to this hotel.
