Great family room. Cot that we asked for was provided willingly. Only drawbacks were the pet hair on the floor and the very full breakfast room in the morning. Hard to find a place to sit.

Cons Could not sleep whole night .i was hearing toilet flush sound too loud whole night. That was the only thing i did not like as we could not sleep whole night.

The breakfast is great. The hotel could do more varieties for guest staying longer

Above what we expected with the guest service. The front desk lady named Ruffa was very nice to us!!!!
