Great location, close to everything. Very clean.

Staff was super friendly. They communicated well when I asked for my room to be cleaned. Location is excellent. I would stay here again.

Cons Breakfast food options could improve.

Reception staff were very helpful and is was good being able to park outside the lobby to drop off our luggage

Cons Very noisy air conditioning in room, insufficient space for two people to eat in the room and limited choice for breakfast. Disappointing considering the high price of the room.

Cons Overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. For a downtown property I would not call it up to par.

Location is conveniently located to walking distances to several places to visit in the city.

Cons they could do a much better job in cleaning the room. the carpet was not even vacuumed as we found pills on the carpet from previous occupants. the carpet is smelly and old! They put a confusing sign for complimentary offering two water bottles which we ended up charged for. The Breakfast room is very small and the layout can be better.
