LOUD AND UNSETTLING

Location, clean good breakfast

Cons There was a women’s conference that was extremely loud symbols, yelling loud drums until after 9:00pm. Unable to relax in the lobby. Impossible to hear any of the televisions in the lobby. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend. It was not! I feel we should have been warned prior to checkin. I would have stayed elsewhere. Staff was unable to refund any money bc I used Booking.com I was promised points for a free night. How do I collect??

Everyone was pleasant & it was very clean. Loved the location as well.

Cons The breakfast could have been better & the king size bed was nice but it was short, I'm only 6'2 & my feet were hanging off the bed. The trash container near the ice machine was running over with trash so customers had to put trash on the floor.
