Comfortable facility for a one night driving break. Would stay there again.

Excellent staff that had to process my booking with the computer down.

Cons The restaurant should reserve reservations for hotel clients. No reservations till 8:45 pm which of course we didn’t follow up on. No restaurants that didn’t require driving but we did go to a great restaurant on the river front that had a 20 minute wait not 3 hours.

My room was huge, bed was super comfortable, easy access to the elevator, and there was a great walking trail directly across the road. So even though there was not much green space on Hotel grounds to exercise/walk my dog, the walking path across the street was perfect. Tree lined and filled with flowers, it followed a book and was very peaceful. The parking garage was a little tight, I'm not used to parking in a garage, but it was fine. Very happy they let us park right out front to unload before parking the car.

Cons Quattro, my dog, was very disappointed, not to get a dog biscuit from the front desk! And I thought the pet fee was a bit high.
