Hamra Urban Gardens

Very convenient

Clean, friendly staff, the restaurant and the cost

A fantastic stay with a great vibe, comfortable rooms, and authentic Lebanese flair - I liked it so

The hotel perfectly lives up to its "Urban" name with an awesome vibe. The rooms are very clean with large, comfortable beds. Housekeeping and support staff provided excellent service, and the reception was attentive. A big highlight is the breakfast at the Em Nazih Cafe on the first floor – amazing authentic Lebanese flair, cool music, and delicious food. The gym is also great.

Cons Just a quick heads-up for future guests: The pool was closed for renovations during my stay. There was a bit of miscommunication at the front desk about whether it could be used or not, but it turned out to be fully under restoration. It didn't affect my great overall experience at all, but it's good to know before you go.

Todo fue extraordinario. El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación posible. Ali y Mike son personas maravillosas que me ayudaron muchísimo durante la instancia. Tiene un hermoso café dentro del hotel y todo es simplemente perfecto. Muchas gracias!

The staff is friendly and very professional, very above the average.

Cons There's nothing to complain about.
