Hidden gem.

Location and the fact that it was set back from the street and therefore, quiet. The included breakfast at the sister hotel across the street was excellent. All the staff are very cheerful, polite and very helpful.

Cons No windows and therefore no natural light in the room. Having said that, this is the function of the hotel being set back. Having stayed in Hanoi with rooms overlooking the street, I would take the no window option and the associated quiet!

Great value for money in a very good location. Clean, comfortable and friendly.

Clean and nice rooms, very comfortable beds and good-quality sheets. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we got a great free room upgrade. Breakfast was very good, and the location was excellent - just 2 minutes from the main square and lake. Overall, great value for money.

Cons All was good. The entrance is a bit quirky, as the hotel doesn't have a direct street entrance and you enter through a narrow corridor. Breakfast is also served at another hotel across the street.

Great hotel with amazing staff! The staff are incredibly kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely sincere. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, with everything in its place. We were very happy with our stay, especially with the friendly and personal approach of the staff. The location is also excellent, with many of Hanoi’s main attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.
