The rooms were clean and spacious enough to open 3 suitcases. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of choices. We also appreciated having our double and triple rooms next to each other on the same floor. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Cons The water pressure was quite low, and it was hard to adjust the shower temperature. Sometimes the water suddenly got too hot. The indoor slippers were also quite noisy when walking around, so it would be better to change them to quieter ones. Our airport transfer was scheduled for 5:30 AM, but the driver was late. The hotel is about an hour away from the airport, so we were quite worried about being late for our flight. The staff told us that arriving 2 hours before an international flight was enough, but the queue for immigration and security was very long. In the end, arriving 3 hours early was just right. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its airport transfer service and give more suitable advice to guests taking international flights.

Wonderful and comfortable stay

The staff were attentive and friendly, going out of their way to help us with any questions we had, organise transport and give recommendations for local food. Hanie and Dave were especially wonderful, thank you!

Cons Having a smart TV in the room would have made the stay even better.
