Great customer service! The staff were exceptionally proactive, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. They went above and beyond to anticipate needs, respond quickly to requests, and ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their warm and professional attitude made a real difference and created a very welcoming atmosphere. Highly appreciated and strongly recommended!
Hotel is a brilliant location, very modern and well furnished. Very comfortable place to stay. The Staff were fantastic and very attentive - Jimmy especially was very helpful throughout my stay. Would stay at this hotel again

Cons The room was very dark. Shower pressure wasn’t the best. Cheap toiletries - the bottles looked dirty and old.
