Good hotel in convenient location

Excellent location, very near the lake, surrounded by cafes, shops, restaurants, spas - extremely convenient. We enjoyed the bustling, exciting vibe of the neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean and represented good value for money. The friendliness of the check in staff was outstanding - thank you Elsa. We had a delicious dinner there and appreciated the friendly service we received from Andrew. The breakfast options were great. Initial communications arranging things for our stay went smoothly - thank you, Jack. All in all, a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

A special mention goes to Tri, who genuinely made our stay exceptional. He went out of his way to help us with every request, shared great local recommendations, and ensured we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and made a huge difference. Good Hotel To Recommend

Check-in is the front desk service staff Tiffany very kindly welcomed me, knowing that my friend came to Hanoi for the first time to travel, also gave me room type upgrade, so that I have a better experience, there is also a way to contact me, offer me to exchange money. The period will also care about me, of course this side I come across so the staff are also very kind to stay up to make me feel very comfortable, including breakfast is also delicious, the hotel is beautiful, the room is also very comfortable, the next time I will still choose here.

The best 4 stars hotel and highly recommended

Really highly recommended hotel. The staff is very friendly and sweet in every aspect, very helpful and beyond. We have a really good time staying in the hotel. Hotel room also very nice and cozy, the mattress and comforter super comfortable. Staff Mr. Chien and Ms. Tu are our reception staff, very professional and friendly. Hotel Spa worth to go and very chilling places and get away from the noises.

Hotel comodo e di qualità per visitare la città

Comoda per visitare la città: ne’ troppo vicina al caos delle vie dei mercati, ne’ troppo lontana dalla vita (la piazza centrale vicino al lago dista appena 8 minuti a piedi). Camere ampie e pulitissime. Personale attento e molto preciso, hanno gestito le mie prenotazioni dei servizi in modo impeccabile. Hanno anche organizzato un servizio taxi privato per vedere all’alba il villaggio degli incensi per poi portarmi direttamente in aeroporto con un prezzo davvero competitivo: super!

Cons La reception non è grandissima e se arrivano dei gruppi come nel mio caso fare check-in e’ un po’ difficile . Un po’ scarsa la varietà della colazione. Se chiedete il cappuccino viene calcolato come extra da pagare, non mi sembra una scelta da buon hotel se la colazione è inclusa nel prezzo. Camere poco insonorizzate, avevo la camera al sesto piano vicino alla cabina elettrica che è rumorosa quando si attiva la corrente all’ingresso degli ospiti nelle camere .

A very decent place with great rooms with a decent location, just don't expect good views from it.

Breakfast was a good selection with fresh fruit, rice, cereal, ready to make omelets or egg dishes. Decent selection of bread and pastries and juices. I think all I would prefer is more meat selections, but there was still enough. Nice massage treatment on sight. Like sitting in the lobby with the fish. Also decent location in the old quarter.

Cons I got a "view" room but the "view" is pretty much watching construction and other buildings
