Exceptional service from start to finish! The entire team was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. We felt so well cared for and truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service, we would happily return!
Short yet comfortable stay!
The staff are really friendly and helpful from the moment we arrive. The hotel is also near to the shopping street (walking distance) in the Old Quarter.

An Excellent Choice
I felt here better than my house. The staff is excellent in hospitality and curtesy. The food served was fresh and tasty. I really recommend people coming from my country to stay here. Although where ever we went in Vietnam, we got excellent treatment but this place is never the less in any respect. Keep it up
Great stay and friendly staff
We stayed a few days at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa in Hanoi, perfeftly located in the buzzling old quarter. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse and Tiffany always made us feel welcome and well taken care off.
Nice Hotel In Hanoi
The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is ideally located in the Old Quarter and the rooms are lovely. We ate in the Bell Pepper restaurant one evening food and staff were fantastic. We were able to leave our luggage here whilst we travelled elsewhere which was very convenient. The staff took the time to know your names and could not be more helpful in particular Jack the Concierge.
