This was our first time at Hard Rock Casino and will return! We had a great time!
Cons There were a few bartenders that weren't the most friendliest. It seemed like they didn't care to smile or show any type of customer service. The only bartenders that showed great customer service skills were the two female Pool bartenders (I wish I noted their names because they really tried to give us a nice experience). Front desk, casino staff, restaurant staff, hostesses and waitresses were great!
It was nice and big and very clean had a lot of fun
