Great for Families

This hotel has thought of everything for families! The pool, the slides, the kid's club and the rooms make this place an excellent stay for those with kid's age 3-8 years old!

Cons The only down side are the prices of drinks and food at the resort. We often went out for meals because it's extortionate at the hotel. 85rm for a burger is far too much. Even the happy hour drinks deals are expensive.

Had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was great and delicious. We really appreciated the complimentary birthday cake and card for our baby :) Our toddler also loved the pool and kids’ facilities! Highly recommended, especially for families! ⭐️

Had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Definitely a family friendly hotel, especially when travelling with kids. The lifts were efficient with minimal waiting time. We especially loved the swimming pool. Having lifeguards on duty made us feel safe and secure while the kids enjoyed themselves. 🏊‍♂️ The food was awesome , delicious with a good selection. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable family stay. Would definitely come back again! ❤️🎸

Cons The game room is a nice addition, especially for families with kids. However, it would be great to have a wider selection of games and activities to choose from. More variety would definitely make the game room more enjoyable and keep the kids entertained for longer.
