Hotel moderno y con encanto.
Nos pusieron unos amenities al llegar y olvidé el cepillo de dientes y me ofrecieron uno. Muy amables. Asimismo, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de cenar en el restaurante y muy aconsejable, una terraza muy agradable con vistas a la ciudad y muy buena cocina.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, with an exceptionally high level of service and a wonderful location in a historic setting. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming. Every detail makes you feel truly cared for. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, and the dinner at the boutique restaurant was equally impressive. The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented, with an excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood as well as high-quality meat dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A truly exceptional hotel that combines history, elegance, outstanding cuisine, and impeccable service.

Excelencia y buen hacer
El edificio es uno de los tres castillos con los que cuenta la ciudad de Windhoek. Las vistas, especialmente la puesta de sol en la terraza, son realmente espectaculares e inmejorables. Quiero destacar el papel de Cinthia en la recepción ya que si bien todo el personal del hotel es absolutamente encantador, tremendamente amable y se esfuerzan de verdad por hacerte sentir bien y a gusto, ella nos hizo sentir en casa desde el primer minuto mientras nos enseñaba las maravillosas instalaciones del hotel y nos explicaba que habíamos sido trasladados a una habitación superior sin costo añadido y con acceso directo a la piscina por gentileza de la dirección. No puedo dejar de agradecerlo nuevamente desde aqui. Tras ese maravilloso detalle le siguieron muchos otros que hicieron que la estancia fuera fantástica e inolvidable para nosotros: desde la bebida de bienvenida, a la copa en la terraza, el menú degustación de la cena, el desayuno temprano servido en la habitación, la amabilidad con la que nos despidieron e incluso la bolsa que nos dieron de regalo.
