The location was very good and the swimming pools were great. İt was a nice layout and having the sunbeds in front of the hotel was handy.
Cons As much as the hard products in the hotel was great, there is indeed room for improvement regarding the staff. First incident was when We booked for a dive trip in the hotel and they booked the wrong category for us. Second one was, my husband didnt go for breakfast since he usually does not go, although we paid for breakfast included. In the second day of our stay, I thought to bring for him a hot chocolate just so he can have something, so I asked the staff if I could please have it to go. Unfortunately, I was told that it is not allowed for some reason. I thought this was poor sine we’ve paid for it and my husband didn’t go, they can even check their list since they have the log of who goes, having a hot chocolate for take away won’t really cost much since it is already available in the buffet.
