Cons Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn schon ein 10-15 Minuten Fußweg.

Nice location , good value for money , Greenpoint , close to Nassau Ave with the park. . Good neighbourhood, nice bars and restaurants. You need a cap to get to Manhattan.could invest in a new air condition , beside that all very nice
