It was manageable and I made it work.

It was nearby food locations. The accommodations for my handicap was good. I liked the space. I check into a hotel when I am on deadline for writing to my editors.

Cons I was expecting a restaurant for full room service and the advertising was not accurate. There was a restaurant in the hotel but it didn’t deliver. I paid for meals and did not receive a ticket so ordered Uber Eats. They did not have my reservation until two days before and I had to get Booking involved with confirmation and pricing. They did not read messages about my 6lb support dog and were unprepared for him. I had Hilton Honors and had to contact them to have this applied. I usually get WiFi discounts but did not.

The staff were helpful, respectful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their great customer service .

There was no microwave in the room. The parking is also too expensive.
