I loved the location! Near the metro and on King Street. Lovely to be in a full service hotel with knowledgeable front desk

Cons The shower could not be regulated for hot/cold temperature. It was too hot or too cold to have a comfortable shower or bath.
Couldn't get receipt from hotel. I was told they would email it. OVER charged my credit card
door man was wonderful, very courteous.
Cons OVER charged my bill and cannot get anyone to address the issue. Just looked at my credit card charges and they are still charging my credit card................
