Our stay was a disaster.
We had a concert and the hotel was across the street.
Cons They don’t honor the price I had booked it since I had to change the name of the account and they didn’t let us park in their garage. We had to park 3 blocks down and pay $50 for a day’s parking and could not leave the parking lot or we would be charged another $50. The trip was pretty much ruined and we decided to leave early. BTW the pills had orange stains on them and the downs smelled kinda moldy.

Cons Absolutely nothing
The staff here are fantastic. Probably the most friendly and helpful of any hotel we stayed at in the USA. The hotel has plenty of options for coffee, drinks and food. We upgraded to Lounge 24 on check in. We probably didnt use it to the full extent but only 15 a person for a higher room and access was great. The pool area is great and has an excellent view.
Cons There were no negatives about this hotel.
