Cons Unfortunately located across from a fraternity booking. This seemed to be the dedicated party room. Kept us awake till 4am. Someone else called security but they just regrouped 20 minutes after they left. Really need full time security on those floors when you allow these groups. Not fair on other guests. Also the pool bar wasn’t open and an apology sign for the inconvenience with a QR code to order food or drinks, then charge $5 for “delivery”. A bit rude considering it would have cost nothing if the pool bar was open.

Overall amazing stay! The facilities and rooms are top notch

Staff was very attentive and the room was so comfortable. I was attended to immediately when my toilet wasn’t working.

Cons The lighting in the bathrooms is atrocious. It’s like being in an interrogation room. Makes it very difficult to get ready.
