Cons Balcony is smaller than what the photos portray, the balcony view was also not consistent with the photos, there should be full disclosure of view options (city, sea etc.) The room did not have an espresso machine and this had to be requested a number of times for it to be provided and only decaffeinated capsules were available, having an espresso machine and a few options of capsules to select from is a standard in any facility that considers itself 4-5 star. They have a policy of not delivering food or beverage items ordered from outside to the room which was never disclosed, the staff even refused to collect the order and keep it at the reception or lobby for me to pick up. The pillows were way too soft.

Cons الفندق جيدجدا بشكل عام لا مكان دخول السيارات ضيق جدا والمدخل غير واضح حتى انني مررت مرتين من امامه الفندق ولم اتوقع انه هذه هو المدخل كذالك حصل خدش في اطار المعدني للسيارة اعتقد انه من خدمة صف السيارت ولاكن لم استطيع اثبت ذالك
